Employers must have practices in place for employees to speak out about unacceptable beahviour at work, it is wrong that people continue to feel silenced. I will continue to press the Government on taking action to stop use of NDAs to cover up discrimination, bullying, sexual harassment, or other kinds of workplace misconduct – the negative impact they have on their victims is huge. #CantBuyMySilence #NoToNDAs
